John has 35 plus years of progressive industry experience, including 15 with two publicly traded homebuilders. His areas of expertise are strategic business planning, financial management and project oversight. He has experience as divisional controller and business planner. John moved into operations including sales, production and customer satisfaction where he worked in land acquisition to further the organic growth of the company. John has served in leadership roles for major national home builders in the Northeast where he has focused on development agreements, contracts, lease negotiations, and financial planning and structuring.

Charles has over 39 years of industry experience and serves as a trusted advisor and visionary to major national and international companies in the areas of Real Estate Solutions to complex logistics challenges. He has led the Team’s efforts in some of the most challenging long-term projects in the Logistics/Port Industry through his team leadership skills and strategic visioning. Charles has owned, managed, built and successfully sold an Auto Auction, Car Dealerships and a broad array of Automotive Service and Manufacturing Businesses. He provides special effort and engagement in the areas of leasing, entitlement, environmental, public-sector engagement, consensus building, maritime approval/construction and creative funding.

Ed has over 35 years of industry experience particularly in the areas of development, procurement and construction and has significant experience in all aspects of the home building process. He has worked in the construction industry his entire career, managing all facets of the process from bidding and contracting, to plan review, scheduling, closings, sub-contractor management, and customer relations. Ed has supervised the construction and rehabilitation of four commercial car washes for new vehicle processing centers as well as the importation of over seven million tons of soil for a landfill capping project in NJ.

Patty has over 20 years of strategic partnership development experience. Her expertise is in the area of dynamic communications, visual presentation data synthesis and creationship. She provides unparalleled administrative and branding support. Patty facilitates synergistic relationships that yield powerful agreements. Her experience in founding and establishing optimal learning institutions has provided her with a holistic approach to positive relationship building. Her adaptable nature allows her to effectively pivot between many diverse projects and up-level the ever evolving nature of complex private public partnerships.
